Bliss Out kissa club in Shinjuku is almost impossible to find because it has no sign, just a descending stairwell that leads to a door with a doorbell which you ring when you get there.
A guy comes out and welcomes you, takes care of the paperwork, names, address (You need to show IDs – No photocopying). Entry fee is around 13,000 Y.
The upstairs of Bliss Out has a bar, food, and small seating areas. The play area is down a small winding staircase. Downstairs are two showers and two play rooms. One room is exclusively for couples and the other, bigger, is for whatever you want.
